How to Order
How to make order ?
1. Visit my website and send me link of the watch you want. You can ALSO send me links or photos from other websites (if you don’t see the watch on our site).
2. We will respond with stock check and send you payment instructions.
3. Once the order is paid for we will order the watches (if not in stock in the office) and send you QC pics
4. You will have 24 hours to respond to the QC pics and either approve or deny the QC pics. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours we will automatically send your order out to you.
Can you please tell me the process?
– I will send you payment link, after you pay, I will order from factory (since too many models on different straps, I don’t have it in stock)
factory will release it within 2-3 days after I order
I will get it from factory and take qc photos / and do quality check (incl appearance, no scratches, dial align well ect, function check, crown works good, time accurate ect), normally I need 24-48h to do quality check to ensure the watch keep time accurate
If it works good, will send out and inform tracking number.
Do you have all models in stock?
– there are more than 300 different watches avail on different strap (rubber or leather)
it’s impossible to stock all models (BUT I do have some hot sale models in stock)
normally I place order to factories after receiving payment
factories normally release watches within 2-3 days after get my order
and then I take QC photos and send to clients
that is same as most dealers – since no dealer stocks all models

How to make payment?
western union or credit card online security payment is ok for me.
No Paypal as my a/c been supensed and cancelled.
Do I make warranty to my watches and parts?
Usually I give limited warrnty 6 months for watches. But pls note that Physical Damages not covered in free warranty. I will charge cost for it.
or 3 months warrenty for watch parts.
And what is my return or refund policy?
I can make repalcement or make refund for any reasons buyers not happy with the watches received within 2 weeks of date of recipt. But require watch not worn / in brand new condition. Customised order can not be exchanged or refund (for example, customised a watch with swiss movt). AND I will charge $30 for postage charge. That’s same policy as other dealers.
If watches sent from me have been lost in the post or custom problems what to do?
Usually my policy is a 50/50 share of loss.
If a watch has been lost in post or custom,I will send replacement at half price of the watch.
Or I will send refund at half price.
How long does it take for the watch to arrive its destination after a shipment advice been received ?
ALL watches incl express shipping (EMS/UPS/DHL), it will take around 6-7 working days to arrive.
Can you send EURO?
Sure. IF you are in EURO, I will use UK ROYAL POST or Bpost shipping to avoid custom problem
(triangle shipping, first from CHINA to the UK, then UK to EURO
can guarantee 100% no custom problem
How long is the warranty on your watches?
We offer a 6 months warranty on all watches. However you will be the one to pay for return shipping to us. We will cover $20 for the shipping back to you in your country (which is usually the cost of Airmail), so, if you want faster or tracked shipping you would be asked to pay the excess over $25.(PLS NOTE: for wholesale orders, other wholesale dealers don’t offer guarantee at all. WHILE we offer guarantee for all watches we sold. but sending back/force shipping fee and risk all on buyer. and if parts need to be replaced. we will charge cost for it)
What happens if my watch has water damage, am I still covered under the warranty?
Unfortunately not, we cannot be held responsible for water damage as there is no way of knowing whether crown 100% close well when using in water / whether you submerged your watch deeper than what was recommended by us in the product’s description.
